The 330104-01-06-05-01-05 features a 10 mm unthreaded length and a 60 mm overall case length. Its M10x1 thread allows secure mounting with a maximum thread engagement of 15 mm. The total length option is 0.5 meter (1.6 feet), and the connector is a miniature coaxial ClickLoc with a connector protector and standard cable.
The probe offers a linear range of 2 mm (80 mils), starting at approximately 0.25 mm (10 mils) from the target. The recommended gap setting for radial vibration is -9 Vdc, corresponding to about 1.27 mm (50 mils). Nominal probe DC resistance (RPROBE) is 7.45 ± 0.50 ohms for the 0.5 m length.
Standard probes operate from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F). While probes are not pressure tested before shipment, regular inspection of the seal integrity is recommended. Avoid exposing the probe to temperatures below -34°C (-30°F), as this may cause premature failure of the pressure seal. For extended life, consider the extended temperature range probe option for applications above 177°C.
The 330104-01-06-05-01-05 integrates seamlessly with Bently Nevada 3300 XL Proximitor Sensors and monitoring systems. When installed with intrinsically safe zener barriers per drawing 141092 or with galvanic isolators, it meets Class I, Zone 0: AEx/Ex ia IIC T5...T1 Ga requirements. For non-incendive circuits per drawing 140979, it meets Class I, Zone 2: AEx/Ex nA IIC T5…T1 Gc and Class I, Division 2 requirements.
