The 330104-00-13-05-02-05 features a 0.5 meter (1.6 feet) total length with a 130 mm overall case length. Its M10 x 1 thread allows secure mounting. The probe tip is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), while the case uses AISI 303 or 304 stainless steel. Nominal DC resistance from center conductor to outer conductor is 7.45 ± 0.50 Ω at 0.5 m. The linear range spans 2 mm (80 mils), beginning at approximately 0.25 mm (10 mils) from the target. Recommended gap setting for radial vibration is -9 Vdc, approximately 1.27 mm (50 mils).

The probe sealing material uses a Viton O-ring, and probes are not pressure tested prior to shipment.
