The 200157-03-05 delivers a sensitivity of 10.2 mV/(m/s²) (100 mV/g) at 80 Hz, with ±12% tolerance. Its measurement range spans ±245 m/s² (±25 g) for acceleration and 14.7 mm/s² (1.5 mg) for low-level signals. The frequency range covers 10 to 10,000 Hz (600 to 600,000 cpm), referenced to 80 Hz. Mounted resonant frequency exceeds 20 kHz (>1200 kcpm). Amplitude linearity holds within ±2% (1 to 10 g pk), and transverse sensitivity is ≤7%. Settling time is ≤300 ms. Connect excitation voltage of 4.7 to 5.5 Vdc, observing polarity: SIG+ positive with respect to SIG- for acceleration from base to connector. Allow 24 hours cure time for adhesive mounting if used.
Inspect the accelerometer periodically for cable integrity and connector tightness. The hermetic seal maintains reliability in condensing humidity environments. With a temperature range of -40 ºC to +105 ºC and 100% relative humidity tolerance, this sensor suits outdoor and washdown areas.
