The 200155-20-05 offers a sensitivity of 10.2 mV/(m/s²) (100 mV/g) at 80 Hz, with a measurement range of ±196 m/s² (±20 g). Its frequency response spans from low to 10,000 Hz (90 to 600,000 cpm), referenced to 80 Hz. The mounted resonant frequency exceeds 20 kHz (>1200 kcpm), and amplitude linearity is within ±2% (1 to 10 g pk). Transverse sensitivity is ≤7%. Settling time is ≤2000 ms. Excitation voltage is 4.7 to 5.5 Vdc, with quiescent current <800 µA and output bias voltage +2.5 ± 0.23 Vdc. Mount the 200155-20-05 using the 3/8-24 female thread with a magnetic mount base (option 20). Apply mounting torque between 2.7 to 6.8 N·m. Ensure the mounting surface is clean and flat for optimal coupling. Connect the sensor to a compatible ProTIM option Low Frequency Acceleration-to-Velocity channel type (-05) for signal conditioning. Allow 24 hours cure time for adhesive mounts if used.
Inspect the sensor and cable periodically for physical damage or corrosion, especially in humid or harsh environments. The hermetically sealed 316L stainless steel housing protects against moisture and contaminants. Verify output bias voltage periodically to ensure sensor health.
