Mount the 200155-01-05 using the 3/8-24 thread stud option (01) or adhesive mount frames included. Apply mounting torque between 2.7 to 6.8 N•m (2 to 5 ft•lbf) for secure attachment. Ensure the sensor is aligned with the measurement axis for accurate data. Use the ProTIM option for low frequency acceleration-to-velocity channel configuration. Allow 24 hours cure time for adhesive mounts.
Regularly inspect the sensor for physical damage and verify cable integrity. The hermetic sealing protects against moisture ingress, but periodic checks in condensing environments are recommended. Replace adhesive mounts if degradation occurs. The ceramic shear element offers long-term stability, reducing calibration frequency.
