Its frequency response spans 3.0 Hz to 900 Hz (180 to 54,000 cpm) ±1.0 dB and extends to 1.5 Hz to 1.0 kHz (90 to 60,000 cpm) ±3.0 dB. This transducer, manufactured by Bently Nevada, provides a sensitivity of 3.94 mV/mm/s (100 mV/in/s) ±5%. It is designed for continuous monitoring in harsh industrial environments.
The 190501-08-00-00 features an output bias voltage of 10.1 Vdc ± 1.0 Vdc, Pin A referenced to Pin B. Its dynamic output impedance is less than 400 Ω typical. The transducer maintains amplitude linearity within ±2% to 63.5 mm/s pk (2.5 in/s pk). The mounted resonant frequency is 9 kHz minimum (stud mounted, except quick disconnect). The mounting surface requires a 33 mm diameter (1.3 in diameter) flat area. The transducer can be installed in any orientation. Use the MIL-C-5015 connection interface for secure wiring. Maximum cable length is 305 metres (1,000 ft.) of cable (part number 02173006) with no signal degradation. Ensure proper grounding per installation drawing 167536 for intrinsically safe applications.
Routine inspection of the transducer and cable connections ensures long-term reliability. The operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C (-40°F to +185°F) and storage temperature range of -40°C to +100°C (-40°F to +212°F) allow deployment in extreme conditions. The shock limit of 5000 g pk maximum protects against sudden impacts. Verify the output bias voltage periodically to confirm sensor health.
